The condo is located in the Colony at Mandalay which offers plenty of amenities such as pools, spas, gym, tennis courts, racquet ball, and clubhouse.

As you walk up, you are greeted with an open concept living/dining area. The living area is equipped with sky light and access to you private patio with furniture and BBQ. Galley style kitchen is supplied with all glassware and cooking utensils. Kitchen is also equipped with appliances; refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and dishwasher.

Also located on this floor is your laundry closet with washer/dryer, primary bedroom with queen size bed, and guest bedroom with twin size day bed. Day bed has a pop-up side-by-side trundle.

On the second floor is your loft area furnished as a tv room with full size pull out sofa bed and access to another private patio with lounge chairs.

Small dogs considered with additional deposit.
